Primavera P6 EPPM Earned Value Management Fundamentals

This course is an introduction to the Earned Value Management (EVM) technique for measuring and monitoring project delivery progress and how EVM is applied in Primavera P6 EPPM.

Part one of this course conveys the basic principles of EVM without recourse to any software tool, although it does refer to Oracle Primavera P6 in a very basic way to illustrate Earned Value Management principles.
