Short, fast, effective improvements
One of the most frequent challenges we hear from organisations is that while they want to improve, they struggle to find the time. Sound familiar? If it does then our Lean Practitioner course is right for you.
Rather than presenting a set of tools, this course places key Lean tools and principles (improve flow, identify value, mapping the value stream etc.) within a proven Kaizen methodology which itself is based on sound Lean thinking, soft skills & psychology.
This ensures you will leave with an ability not just to apply Lean but to make it work effectively in your businesses from day one.
Packing the basics of Lean into a 2-day course you will learn the art of Kaizen improvement. Kaizen events are short but very effective improvement workshops designed to tackle problems quickly and effectively whilst stimulating a lean culture in all levels of the company.
Lean Practitioner teaches the Thinking, Approach and Tools required to implement Lean improvements through Kaizen-based rapid improvement methodology.
